OVERVIEW: Concepted and oversaw a new identity launch for this lifestyle publication targeting the Celiac community. The rebranding provided an upscale look, clear navigation and style guided templates to efficiently maintain brand standards. The brand was expanded into a web presence that incorporated the new identity with easily swappable seasonal colors and highlighted social media avenues.

PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS:
Created new branding that defined standards which pivoted content from celiac disease-centric to a holistic lifestyle-based one. This approach expanded the audience by catering to a wide range of allergies and also appealed to those without food hypersensitivities.
Implemented pre-defined character, paragraph and common element (i.e.: recipes) styles to increase productivity and ensure consistency in the quarterly production workflow for both print and digital editions.
Increased the website ad revenue potential by 50% and streamlined membership process for premium content to maximize renewals.
Mentored and managed the internal creative team, and led trainings on best-practices for brand maintenance & the production cycle.
